Fitz-Gerald Cleans Up Parts of Boulder Creek

WESTMINSTER, Colo.—As part of Earth Day yesterday Senator Joan Fitz-Gerald, former President of the Colorado State Senate and a candidate for the Second Congressional District, spent the afternoon with volunteers and campaign staff cleaning up Boulder Creek from Eben G. Fine park to 9th Street.

Senator Fitz-Gerald also spent yesterday participating in a radio show on climate change and a luncheon for Eco Cycle. Last weekend Senator Fitz-Gerald volunteered for Habitat for Humanity and planted trees.
